NEWS PROMETIS, in cooperation with the City of Zagreb, is actively working to improve urban mobility in the City of Zagreb. The possibilities of user-oriented improvements in transport infrastructure are embeded in traffic projects such as studies, reports and analyzes. One such project is the URBAN-e project, in which PROMETIS actively participates in the study design. The main objective of the project is to expand the concept of electromobility in the cities of Ljubljana, Bratislava and Zagreb. By analyzing the admissibility of certain services based on e-mobility, it was decided at EU level, to expand the existing infrastructure of the electric charging stations , which are considered to be the transport of the future in urban centers. Among the basics of project implementation are two studies conducted by PROMETIS:
The First study: "THE ASSESSMENT OF CONSUMER EXPECTATIONS FOR URBAN ELECTRIC PERSONAL TRANSPORT, INTERMODAL TRANSPORT AND INNOVATIVE MOBILITY SERVICES IN THE CITY OF ZAGREB AND ITS SURROUNDINGS WITHIN THE "URBAN-e" PROJECT" is based on the analysis of a large number of 904 surveys.
The second study: "THE STUDY ON THE ELECTRIC VEHICLES CHARGING STATIONS NETWORK WITHIN THE „URBAN-e“ PROJECT" proposes a network of charging stations in the wider Zagreb area in the form of micro and macro locations, taking into account all relevant parameters for the optimal spatial distribution of the electric vehicle charging stations
